The Programming Manager is responsible for providing continuity within corporate and event promotions, while ensuring the implementation of well-organized events and programming that aims to enhance student life on campus. This goal will be met through the maintenance of a responsible budget, introducing initiatives that reflect current in trends of campus life, and researching all risks and liabilities so that we may run successful and responsible campus events.
The incumbent must be professional, self-motivated, have a positive attitude and be comfortable dealing daily with a variety of client audiences including students, faculty, staff, and members of the community at large in an open office environment. It is essential that the incumbent have excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills. The incumbent must be able to work independently with a keen attention to detail, and also collaboratively in a team environment.
