Shift Supervisor

The main responsibilities of the Shift Supervisor are to assist the management team in the daily operations of the bar, restaurant, catering, coffeehouse, and grab & go food outlets. The Shift Supervisor provides professional leadership and direction to all food and beverage staff. The Shift Supervisor will also help ensure that scheduling, training, cash, and inventory management are done in conjunction with management team, and that all events are successfully executed in conjunction with Events team.

Food and Beverage Supervisor

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the bar, restaurant, catering, coffeehouse, and grab & go food outlets, and provides professional leadership and direction to all food and beverage staff. Ensures that scheduling, training, cash, and inventory management are done in conjunction with Senior Operations Manager, and that all events are successfully executed in conjunction with Events team.

Kitchen Manager

The Kitchen Manager must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a high level of satisfaction among all customers, employees and all other clients. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen and to provide professional leadership and direction to all kitchen staff.
